MAINTENANCE
Basically, only branded components with the best references can be used in the SC-Coater®, which allows us to achieve an extremely long service life of the machines. For example, the first-generation systems from 2005 are still in daily use with us today. In order for your machines to produce reliably, without failures and to last a long time, they must be regularly maintained and maintained.
Most measures can be done by the operator himself. We always offer spare parts kits to our customers. These include the most important components that can be replaced independently with just a few simple steps.
To extend the warranty of your system, we also offer maintenance contracts. These are always individually adapted to our customers and their production volume. The advantage of this is that our service technicians know in good time, before they can cause any major damage, which modules require maintenance or replacement.
